delivery arrived in 2 days! it was such a last minute decision to purchase this frame and was frankly quite scared it won’t arrive on time but it was much faster than I thought — and so was the whole transaction

Not happy with the product. I was hoping for a harder mattress. Also carousel delivery refused to send back the item. This was not a good experience.

Thank you. It was delivered in good condition. The buyer simply prefers a firmer mattress and has requested a return. We have agreed to the return, but the buyer has not been cooperating with the return process and was not available during the scheduled pickup. Buyer did not reply thereafter. Slow delivery. Took one week and I had to chase for a date for delivery as it’s urgent. Bed is new but bottom is a bit dirty which is stated in the ad. Can feel the spring at the sides of the bed but overall still quite comfortable.

Maybe it’s the carousel device I requested to change address and couldn’t so end up had to carry these bulky items across the road to parents house.

The parcel was swiftly delivered by J&T Express Courier. However, we have been blamed for the item being bulky and not assisting in carrying it to your parent's house. Please note that J&T Express Courier is not able to cater to special requests such as carrying the item to a different location.
