Madaling kausap si seller. Pero yung isang item kitang kita naman yung stains; asked for a refund for the stained item lang pero walang nangyari.

Kaya ko po nasabi na walang nangyari kasi yung transaction natin Oct 23 at napag-usapan nun ay magrerefund kayo pagkatapos ng meeting niyo nung Oct 23. Nagfollow up ako ng Oct 27 & 28 pero walang reply. Walang nabanggit na nagbakasyon kayo. 6 days ako naghintay ng refund/addl instructions bago nagreview. Sinulat ko yung review ko Oct 30 ng umaga at nagpersonal message kayo hapon na ng Oct 30.
