When the bag was received, the leather had visible peeling on both handles and on one side, and it had small spots on the main body. These were not declared in the post which stated that the leather was “in good condition.” Although seller was apologetic saying she did not notice these flaws, no compensation or token refund was offered. Buyer now has to cover the costs of correcting these flaws.

Pictures, and A LOT of them, were sent to you before you bought the item. No false claims were made by the seller, nor concealing of any issues. We have been doing an honest business ever since we started - you can see in our reviews. Note that you are buying a PRELOVED bag, signs of usage are expected, a declaration we made. Item was already on SALE.
