not trustworthy. seller misstated size as S but it is XS. misstated brand as Zalora but it is Shien. i asked kindly for a refund because i can’t fit but she rejected initially, after negotiation she accepted to refund. i also bought another item from her (unable to leave review as not offered via carousell app) which she also misstated brand as Mango but the dress is some unknown label.

i wanted to be kind to this person when i initially gave two stars. changing it to one star cos she’s really an outright liar and patronising too. changing to one star to protect other buyers!!! unfortunately i cannot update the review with the screen shots of the way she was lying, but if you go to my listings and find this shein dress, the convo screenshots are there!!
