The buyer pushed down my price, and subsequently could only deal 2 weeks later at 2am even after I said that it is not convenient for me. As a higher offer was made by another buyer to deal earlier and in the day time, I informed this buyer I would be going with the other offer. This is what any other seller would do as well and I have given sufficient notice to this buyer.
