fella trying to scam and say nvr receive the item and don’t want make payment when i got literally proof of delivery from Singpost. die die don’t want pay up

Undesirable and not sincere about dealing. just out to waste others time. I can understand if a person changes their mind last minute and wants to back out of a deal. just be honest and upright about it. But don't waste people time and gives excuses and delaying a deal. If there is a zero star review, I would have given it.
First things first he had changed a $40 listing to $80 after a few days of my desire to buy . That speaks for it self
