Please read listing details carefully or ask questions 1st. I'd rather keep the correspondence on carousell so that there's a proper record of the exchanges. When your men came to collect the item, they said it's not what they were looking for - I did list it as a STEAM oven - but they wanted a microwave...?!? I also wasted 45mins waiting

Great & honest seller

We have a rare electric Oven which stopped producing heat. We called a few electricians who said they repair and service ovens and none were able to find parts or give us any good advice besides “Buy a new one”. Finally after googling for an hour I found HM Electrical. They came out on a Saturday and after a few phone calls said they can have the heating element for my oven.Their knowledge and experience are great assets to their company and only wish I had heard about them before I wasted $120

Great, friendly and prompt service. Called Them and within an hour one of their helpful technicians were on the JOB! even had everything fixed in time so i could cook the kids dinner .... Will definitely use them again as they provide regular cleaning and maintenance which will save me some time! Highly recommended company , the only one that i know of that specialize in Stoves

Do not engage this company. Paid $280 to get the stove fixed. They said that due to long non usage of stove, condensation caused the stove to short circuit. Offered a solution so that it lowers the possibility of it happening. Within 6 months, same problem occurs. Their solution doesn’t even work for 6 months. Their warranty does says 3 months only but the fact is their solution doesn’t work. Now they say u better call Bosch directly. Means that they dun even know root of problem. Irresponsible!
