Seller indicated as brand new, but it is so far from brand new. Look at the pictures attached,boxes are old and dirty with stains,glass lid is cloudy, and lastly, the sliver lining is peeling off.I bought to give as housewarming,how to even give people in this kind of conditions,such a disgrace.No wonder Seller was so persistent kept on asking for payments.

Upon knowing the bad condition of item,seller show no remorseful.She kept on saying she did not open the box,that is totally a lie ,you see her posting have image of the item.And as seller, how can you dare to sell when you never see the conditions inside.QA/QC is must!She refused to do a refund cos I open the box,so as a buyer, we can't open and check is ?Ridiculous!I will report to carousell

The item was deal in its original box with styrofoam wrapping the item and how can buyer proclaim its used item which is totally wrong accusation! I believe the mentioned unsatisfactory areas could be due to storage inside the box, not i mislead in my listing or selling a non brand new item.
