Agreed on time and place to deal. I took time off from work and travel back early just to meet him but he cancel the meetup last minute. Even took my time to clean the bicycle till midnight the previous day for buyer to inspect the bike carefully. After cancelling the meetup, he show no intention to arrange another meetup within the time frame of 2 weeks given by carousell to leave feedback.
