Making a quote and confirming the deal. Asking me to hold for 2 weeks and not showing up on day of pick up after finalising. And not responding to messages after committing. Really unprofessional. I don’t mind the “No, we have changed our mind” but keeping us waiting as I wanted to honor our commitment. I thought a lot about posting this feedback.
