buyer was totally lying. offer to refund or exchange with other products. she totally ignored my reply my text and say that she dun want to return the items. she say she already open all the boxes. pls if u want to refund at least return in its original conditions. I offer to refund or exchange. she is the one who say is too troublesome no need refund or exchange. I text her many times.

I’m asking for a partial refund, not to return the item or exchange it this is the original text buyer text me. so if u r the seller may I know how would u will interpret her words. refund without returning goods. From purchase till refund, I never reject her request, I even offer a 10 dollars ntuc voucher or suggest a full refund to offset with other gd products the full purchase not just ric
2 個月前（已編輯）Seller sold medical supplies for diabetes that was 3 years past use by date but did not mention it in item description or in conversation. This was only discovered when I got home and had already disposed the packaging. I requested for partial refund but seller refused and vehemently pushed for an exchange with other irrelevant consumables (e.g., rice, milo etc.) from his listing, and insisted I travel all the way to his home during office hours to do so. I declined and discontinued convo.
