Horrible meeting with buyer's cousin: 1. She destroyed agreement - 1:45pm on 26/6 at MTR exit. 2. Phoned me 4 times since 12:45pm, requested us twice to go other two malls where she actually unknown! 3. We searched her in rain, but she just inactively stayed indoor, never move! 4. She never sorry for 25-mins late & troubles made. Impolite. 5. Sadly, buyer (whom I'm ok) simply ignored my effort
