We got the bike 5 days after order (windows given 1-4 wkg days) if you need urgently they don’t seem to have way to speed up the delivery. Additionally when bike arrives, rear brake was not working. Vendor didn’t assisted despite the safety hazard and refused to come and fix the issue. Only alternative proposed was to go to their workshop 18km away! Awful experience. Safety not valued by them.sad.

Placed order on 16/09 after working hours, to be exact at 19:00 payment made. Order is submitted on 17/09. Told him MANY time Delivery withn 1-4 working days ( does not include weekend) but refused to understand. On 22/09 (3rd working days), our delivery guy made sure he checked everything and said OK bfre leaving but nonetheless he made a fuss and asked us to return. Told him all after sales service pls bring back to our warehse to check but complaining too far. Pls judge for ur self.
