i nego down price n chose to travel closer n yet he say he reach half an hour late while i alrd otw and then close to meet up time asked me to travel more

Really bad at communications. Asked a few questions and all he can say is "No". Not sure he listed the item for what. Tried to purchase the item thru carousell's buyer protection system. He refuses to honour the purchase. Don't bother wasting your time with this seller.
