Rare vintage Universal Geneve unisonic 852100 date from the early 1970s with highbeat (360hz frequency) movement. The UG licensed unisonic 1-52 tuning fork movement with 15 jewels is based on the bulova accutron, and an important invention in watch history. The way the second hand is running is comparable to the ones from watches with automatic calibers, unlike typical quartz second hands. While there are scratches as you see in vintage watches, the case and lugs are very sharp.
