DO NOT TRANSACT ‼️ Been 2 weeks since I paid (Sept. 22). Already shipped but can’t send tracking number. Not replying anymore. No refund. No item up to now Oct. 6. Can’t be transparent enough, would’ve understand if there were issues or anything.

Got my item 2 weeks. 1. Sept22 - paid 2. No tracking number. Constantly asked for updates for a week 3. Sept30 - said shipped already 4. Waited for a few days & kept asking for the tracking number still. Again, no updates. 5. Oct. 4 - replied looking for tracking number? Asked for a refund at this point 7. Oct. 5 - finally a photo of waybill I’m fine with delays just be responsible & transparent.

I already sent you the tracking number naman po. I wasn’t able to go online for a few days because I was sick. I sincerely apologize for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, po. 🙏🏻

Very inconsiderate buyer. Although I wasnt able to provide the waybill immediately because my phone suddenly got damaged and all the photos, inc the waybill, were stored there, I still made sure to update d buyer and informed them that the order had been alrdy been shipped. I understand their concern, but I wish they had also given me the chance to explain my side. Instead, they block me. Leaving me with no way to communicate or clarify what happened. It feels very unfair and one sided.
