no confirmation and replies and ghosted me on collecting free sofa. No cancellation notice given too. Pls respect people's time

Was supposed to take 2 wardrobes ( I gave them away) but left one there after I had reserved it for them.

Was apprehensive at first based on reviews. They picked up some free items from me on the same day. Pushed the timing back with 1.5h but they gave me 3-4h notice for that, so I could accommodate it. Overall smooth transaction with good communication.

​Very bad experience. Claimed a free item and set a pickup time, only to cancel 30 min prior. Rescheduled for today at 10 AM, but ignored all my confirmation messages, only to text at 9:30am saying couldn't make it again. Complete lack of communication and courtesy. Wasted all my time and efforts making arrangements with management office, paying deposit, putting up mats for lifts. Time waster.

The buyer was understanding and easy-going during liason, sincere in purchase and showed up as promised.

Fix time but did not turn up. Ghosted Item is already Free still ghost people Please don’t waste people’s time if you cannot make it. I purposely wait for you to come pick up the item.

it was clearly stated to be a dinning table, with no mention of chairs being included. I was never asked if they were Included, however they got aggressive when they found out their free item didn't include chairs
